When we use the term “Services” we mean to refer collectively to:
The provision of marketing services and related services to our members and prospective customers;
The information provided through websites owned and controlled by us, including the website at www.lobstermarketing.com, and any related mobile applications owned or controlled by us (the “Site(s)”); and
Our marketing and business development activities, including social media properties we create, and emails that we send.
We may collect your Personal Data through different means:
when you decide to interact with us, either by providing us your information through the “Contact Us” page on the Site, by email, regular mail, or telephone;
